About the Role

We are seeking a SEA Distribution & Inventory Controller based in Kuala Lumpur to manage inventory operations, vendor relationships, and ensure timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with WMS systems, and the ability to drive process improvements while meeting SLA and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management in line with Lexis Operations Guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS (PeopleSoft) and coordinate with 3PL warehouse.
  • Perform stock receipting, transfers, and cycle counts; troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Implement control measures to prevent billing errors and inventory inaccuracies.
  • Process SEA distribution orders, monitor GCRM sales orders, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Liaise with print suppliers and manage PO creation, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Track inventory accuracy, returns, and defective items; prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Coordinate shipping instructions, customs documentation, and cost-effective distribution.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL vendors and monitor logistics performance.
  • Support operational improvements, UAT readiness, and ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and implement process improvements.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and 3PL performance.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and meet SLA/KPI targets under tight timelines.
