Key Responsibilities
- Market-Specific Optimization: Execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored specifically to the German markets to drive organic growth.
- Data-Driven Auditing: Conduct regular site audits using GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs to resolve technical issues (crawl errors, Core Web Vitals) and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Strategic Keyword Mapping: Perform localized keyword research and maintain intent-based keyword maps that reflect the unique search behaviors of German-speaking investors.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized landing pages and blog posts that align with brand tone and localized search intent.
- Authority Building: Develop and execute localized link-building and outreach strategies to enhance domain authority and improve rankings within specific geographic regions.
- Performance Reporting: Build and maintain SEO dashboards to track KPIs, rankings, and conversions, providing actionable insights to Country Managers and Marketing Leads.
Requirements
- Experience: 23 years of hands-on SEO experience is preferred; however, ambitious fresh graduates with a strong foundational knowledge of SEO are encouraged to apply.
- Language:Native proficiency in German is highly preferred. We will consider candidates with high professional proficiency who possess a deep understanding of the respective region's culture and online user behavior.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency with industry tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- SEO Mastery: Solid understanding of technical SEO (schema, site architecture) and content-driven growth (E-E-A-T, topical authority).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin Speaking: Highly preferred to facilitate communication with our global teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Fintech, Forex, or the broader financial services sector.
- Multilingual SEO: Experience managing SEO across different regions and languages.
