The key responsibilities include provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient coordination, communication, and record management.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Develop, maintain, and improve office procedures, filing systems, and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage departmental documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support IT purchasing processes, including requisition tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support daily departmental operations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the departments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
