The Day-To-Day Activities

Job Summary

This role is responsible to lead the data analytics function within the Enterprise Division to deliver insights that drive commercial performance, customer growth, and operational efficiency.

This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing analytics team, establishing robust data infrastructure and governance, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategic business decisions. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in advancing data-driven decision-making culture across the Enterprise Segment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals to ensure timely and high-quality analytics deliverables.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Enterprise leadership, providing analytical insights and recommendations to guide business direction.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals and growth strategies.

• Drive the enterprise analytics roadmap, ensuring initiatives support revenue optimization, customer acquisition, and retention objectives.

2. Data Strategy, Infrastructure & Governance

• Establish and maintain scalable data infrastructure to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance, ensuring reliable, secure, and ethical use of data.

• Define and manage standards for data modelling, version control, and performance monitoring.

• Work with IT and Digital teams to enhance data pipelines, integration, and automation to support operational efficiency.

3. Insights Generation & Performance Optimization

• Lead the design and deployment of dashboards, reports, and models to track key business KPIs, including revenue performance, customer churn, and acquisition trends.

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior management.

• Identify patterns, opportunities, and risks through predictive analytics to support proactive business decisions.

• Champion data visualization and storytelling to enhance business understanding and influence strategic action.

About You

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 10–15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven track record in managing analytics teams and delivering impactful business insights, preferably within telecommunications, enterprise B2B, or technology sectors.

• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Solid understanding of data architecture, data governance, and machine learning concepts.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — able to translate technical findings into business language.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Resilient, agile, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
