Education
Bachelor's Degree (Banking, Business, Finance, IT, or related field).
Experience(>10 years in all areas)

Certifications
Preferably Program/Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and/or ITIL
Banking Risk certification (advantage)
Core Technical & Domain Skills
Strong knowledge of Banking Risk domain, latest trends & issues.
Familiarity with Banking facilities, industry regulations, and local laws.
Experience in Banking Risk systems implementation/management in financial institutions or large, complex organizations.
System performance monitoring & SLA management.
Solution identification & optimization (process/data/application).
Infrastructure management with stability, efficiency, and transformation focus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong analytical and implementation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proven track record in driving change across complex organizations.
Inspiring, approachable leadership with stakeholder management at all levels.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Critical thinking: ability to identify underlying issues and connect patterns.
In short, the mandatory profile is a senior IT & Risk leader with >10 years in strategic planning, risk systems, IT transformation, and people leadership, supported by risk domain knowledge, project/Agile certifications, and strong regulatory understanding.
