About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Section Head, PMO/CCRIS Solution to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will lead the CCRIS Projects Unit and ensure the Bank's compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) SREF requirements. You will be responsible for managing CCRIS-related projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submission, and driving process improvements to maintain high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and oversee projects under CCRIS to ensure timely and complete execution.
- Ensure the Bank complies with BNM's SREF requirements issued in 2016.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the CCRIS team to validate and ensure accurate data submission to BNM.
- Oversee CCRIS Projects Unit for both RHB Bank and RHB Islamic Bank to ensure timely submission of weekly and month-end CCRIS data files to BNM.
- Respond to CCRIS Data Verification queries within deadlines and coordinate data cleansing activities with system owners, business units, and IT.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between FISS and CCRIS or extraction issues requiring IT or CCRIS adjustments.
- Review rejected data from BNM and work with IT to identify and implement solutions.
- Initiate change requests to IT for program fixes and new reporting requirements; participate in UATs and provide sign-off for system changes.
- Participate in new system projects or enhancements that impact CCRIS and ensure compliance through UAT and implementation reviews.
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly or ad-hoc SREF reports in collaboration with the Head of CCRIS.
- Analyze monthly data quality (DQ) trends to identify and resolve extraction or reporting shortcomings.
What We're Looking For
- A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading projects related to CCRIS or regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of BNM's CCRIS and SREF reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of complex data and compliance projects.
