Section Manager Quality Engineering (BCMS)

Remark: Looking for candidate who have skilled in QMS, BCMS, Quality background.

Contributes to developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to operate within. May undertake auditing to ensure compliance although this may be carried out by a third party accredited body.

Primary Duties:

1. Audit in-house specification to ensure the information is correct; easily understood and updated
2. Maintain an effective auditing system to ensure procedures and instructions are carried out accurately and conformance to production specifications
3. Co-ordinate with Production/Engineering on Customer in-plant reject verification and analysis and feedback on corrective action for procedural, production process deficiencies
4. Review quality performance of production areas
5. Designs and implement methods and procedures for testing and inspecting quality level of products and production equipment
6. Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate.

Job Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering and related filed.
2. Language: Fluent oral and written skills in English
3. Experience: 8years work experience including 35 years QA or operation expertise experience in a high paced environment

Functional Competency:

1. Expertise at ISO 9001, QS 9001 or TS 16949 Quality management System.
2. Good systematic analysis and logic thinking, PDCA methodology and implemented.
3. Good Quality tools & SPC knowledge.
4. Knowledge in Semiconductor manufactures process and electronics industry.
5. Capable of working with global & regional teams.
6. Good inter-personal and communication skills.
7. Communicate skill and team work spirit.
