We are currently seeking a
Security Executive to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on pilferage, parcel loss, theft, and fraud in a timely manner.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor CCTV daily and report suspicious/unlawful activities.

- Conduct security audits across depots and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Deliver security training (SAFE, security processes & policies) to depot and HQ staff.
- Ensure CAPA actions are communicated to relevant stations/departments.
- Supervise depot security teams and ensure guards are trained and performing effectively.
- Liaise with police, customs, and government bodies on theft, fraud, and legal matters.
- Support facilities management where required.
- Represent the Security Department in discussions and decisions on security issues.
- Ensure awareness and adherence to fire & emergency procedures.
Competency Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in relevant course
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid security experience
- Experience in warehouse and logistic would be an advantages
