Security Manager (Construction)

Location: Sungai Buluh

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's security operations across project sites.
• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and security improvement initiatives.
• Manage outsourced security service providers, including manpower deployment and performance.
• Conduct security inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, vehicle control, and protection of company assets.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, police, and relevant authorities on security-related matters.
• Prepare security reports, KPIs, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Support emergency response planning and promote security awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in security management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
• Proven experience managing outsourced security providers and multi-site security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, access control, incident investigation, and security audits.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
