As a Security Manager, We Rely On You
- To oversee all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property
- Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents, accidents, and losses
- Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control systems
Rwequirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Security Management or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in security operations, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or large commercial environment is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Able to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, security systems, reporting tools)
