Job Description:
The Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations across company facilities, including guard deployment, compliance, access control, incident management, security audits, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards, including deployment, attendance, discipline, training, and SOP compliance.
- Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify and address operational or compliance gaps.
- Monitor physical security, access control, visitor management, patrols, and security screening.
- Respond to security incidents, coordinate investigations, prepare reports, and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
- Manage outsourced security service providers, including manpower issues, performance, compliance, and corrective actions.
- Monitor security equipment and MEGA-SOC operations, escalating security concerns and incidents as required.
- Maintain security records, incident trackers, audit findings, and operational reports.
- Work with Operations, Facilities, HR, and other stakeholders to implement security improvements and preventive controls.
Requirements:
- Diploma or SPM/STPM with relevant security experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in physical security, facility security, loss prevention, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Ex-uniformed services personnel (Police, Military, Navy, Air Force, APM, Bomba, etc.) are highly preferred. Wataniah/PVR experience is also welcome.

- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to emergencies when required.
- Strong integrity, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic security reporting.
