- Pitching & Conversion: Confidently pitch Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) value propositions (e.g., faster shipping times, less operating hassle, premium search visibility, and optimized inventory management) to key decision-makers and business owners.
- End-to-End Onboarding: Guide newly acquired sellers through the commercial alignment, pricing structure negotiations, and physical contract signing stage up until their first stock inbound at the Shopee Warehouse.
- Pipeline & Sales Management: Actively maintain and update the sales pipeline CRM to track outreach progress, conversion metrics, and document submission timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the FBS Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Category Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and flawless operational setup for onboarded sellers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
