  • Pitching & Conversion: Confidently pitch Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) value propositions (e.g., faster shipping times, less operating hassle, premium search visibility, and optimized inventory management) to key decision-makers and business owners.
  • End-to-End Onboarding: Guide newly acquired sellers through the commercial alignment, pricing structure negotiations, and physical contract signing stage up until their first stock inbound at the Shopee Warehouse.
  • Pipeline & Sales Management: Actively maintain and update the sales pipeline CRM to track outreach progress, conversion metrics, and document submission timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the FBS Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Category Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and flawless operational setup for onboarded sellers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Working experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
