Pitching & Conversion: Confidently pitch Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) value propositions (e.g., faster shipping times, less operating hassle, premium search visibility, and optimized inventory management) to key decision-makers and business owners.
End-to-End Onboarding: Guide newly acquired sellers through the commercial alignment, pricing structure negotiations, and physical contract signing stage up until their first stock inbound at the Shopee Warehouse.
Pipeline & Sales Management: Actively maintain and update the sales pipeline CRM to track outreach progress, conversion metrics, and document submission timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the FBS Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Category Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and flawless operational setup for onboarded sellers.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
