Job Description

Job Description:

Draft, review, proofread, edit, and align communications and content materials within the requisite deadline for all seller-facing communications
Identify and understand requirements of internal stakeholders to advise on content and communications materials and recommended comms channels
Design and implement a consistent tone and manner for seller communications in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
Support on communications material, content calendar, and communications plan for Shopee-led events
Support and advise on content and communications materials for new projects and initiatives
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of communications channels and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Journalism/Communications, or related field experience in the e-commerce industry and business development will be an added advantage
1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, corporate communications or a related area will be a plus
Able to travel out-of-state for work-related reasons (including weekends as needed)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent team player and self-drive to always deliver on OKRs
Excellent command of English and Bahasa, the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin will be an added advantage to communicate with various stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / similar Google Office Tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
