Job Description:
Seller Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes / content for new and existing sellers on the Shopee platform.
- Conduct webinars / workshops to educate sellers on best practices, tools, and features.
- Create training materials, including presentation decks, manuals, videos, and online resources.
Measure Webinar Performance:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of webinars / workshops
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data to measure the impact of training on seller performance and platform engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to stakeholders.
Curate Educational Content:
- Develop and maintain the library of educational content (Seller Education Hub) tailored to the needs of Shopee sellers.
- Stay updated with the e-Commerce latest trends, Shopee marketing tools, and selling best practices to incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with the relevant functional teams to ensure content is aligned with Shopee's strategic goals.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field experience in the e-commerce industry and business development will be an added advantage.
- Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in training environment/ change management
- Innovative problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent team player and a drive to always deliver on KPIs
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin, the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage to communicate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / similar Google Office Tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
