Job Description

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain strong parcel compliance towards operational requirements, identifying potential problems with sellers in advance through data
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives
  • Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
  • Manage complex relationships between multiple stakeholders, including sellers, operations, marketplace platform etc.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
  • Ideate incentives and penalties to drive required behaviours from both sellers and operations stakeholders, and implement them throughout the operations flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the related field
  • Knowledge of Business Development and Key Account Management is a must, able to understand seller processes
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong in Malay, English and Mandarin is a must
  • Ability to work independently and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
