Policy Governance & Appeals: Evaluate seller appeals by conducting reviews of evidence, exercising sound judgment to determine if penalties should be upheld or overturned.
Operational Enforcement: Maintain platform integrity by monitoring seller behavior and implementing corrective actions/penalties in accordance with existing policies.
Strategic Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert in responding to customer service inquiries regarding seller operations and compliance.
Process Improvement: Regularly audit existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify bottlenecks and lead the implementation of more efficient workflows.
Policy Development: Propose seller policies to improve overall buyer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Analytical Rigor: Attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation and data logs.
Proactive Ownership: A proven self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Digital Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs for documentation and Google Sheets for data tracking/reporting).
Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex policies and apply them consistently to real-world scenarios.
Communication: Strong written communication skills to convey policy decisions clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
