Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an 3D Motion Graphic Designer located in Petaling Jaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior 3D Motion Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-impact motion projects. You will be responsible for the entire 3D motion pipeline - from concept and modeling to animation and find render. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of movement and design, and the technical prowess to bring complex ideas to life.
Responsibilty
- Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and dynamic typography for diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.
- Create realistic or stylized 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., cinema4D, blender, Maya, Houdini)
- Develop concept-to-delivery motion graphics for advertising, product demos, UI/UX animations, and immersive experiences (AR/VR)
- Optimize workflows for efficient rendering, compositing, and post-production (After effects, Redshift/Octane, Nuke)
- Lead brainstorming sessions, provide creative direction, mentor junior designers, and manage the execution of projects to elevate creative concepts and maintain brand standards.
- Planning- Storyboarding, planning, and coordination in advance of video projects for approval
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, provide accurate time and cost estimates, and optimize technical workflows for rendering, compositing, and encoding to ensure high-quality and efficient output.
- Elevate initial concepts and manage the execution of all creative projects, encompassing 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and video editing by incorporating voice-overs and sound effects..
- Support the broader team with tasks like illustration, photo editing, and on-site event support, while assisting in the coordination and distribution of final video materials.
- Apply versatile design skillset to projects across various business segments, such as exhibitions, galleries, and events.
