Overview
The
Senior Account Executive supports the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, they are responsible for managing timelines, developing clear briefs, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships.
- Develop clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets.
- Ensure work meets client objectives and agency quality standards.
- Support strategy, creative development, and presentation preparation.
- Monitor project finances, including cost estimates and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong client servicing and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
