Role Description : Assistant Manager / Senior Account Executive position in Sunway Medini, Iskandar Johor Bahru

In this role, you will oversee full-set accounts, perform cost accounting activities, provide financial insights to support business decisions, and ensuring accurate financial records. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare detailed costing and budgeting reports to ensure financial efficiency.
• Liaise effectively with vendors and clients to resolve account-related issues promptly.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and plans to aid management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of full-set account management, costing principles, financial planning, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (in Mandarin and English) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
