Senior Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial records, and reporting to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, monitoring budgets, and participating in audits to secure financial accuracy and integrity within the company.

• Proficiency in accounting practices, including financial reporting, record-keeping, and account reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budget management and compliance with financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as general computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple financial tasks efficiently
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus
• Prior experience in a property development or construction management environment is advantageous
