Job Description

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payment issues and inquiries.
• Support audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
• Continuously improve accounts payable processes for better efficiency.
  
  

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Senior Account Payable Specialist Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial regulations.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
