Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to own significant areas of the monthly close and financial reporting cycle. The role combines technical accounting depth with the operational discipline to keep the books accurate, on time, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Own assigned portions of the monthly and quarterly close process

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance

- Support external audits with documentation and analysis

- Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and management reporting

- Identify process improvements and help automate manual workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in accounting, including monthly close ownership

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP

- Hands-on with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting systems

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)

- CPA or CPA-track is a plus

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
