Senior Accountant, Revenue & Manufacturing

Job Description

About the role

• Responsible for all accounting aspects of sales, manufacturing cost, distribution cost, inventory, and other related accounts – including posting of journal entries, analyzing reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.
• Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
• Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of working experience in audit or finance-related working role in multinational company; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards
• Additional language skill (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus
