Senior/Accounts Executive (AP)
Responsibilities:
- Checking and processing payments promptly to suppliers, consultants and staff claims etc;
- Update and posting to AP ledger;
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable to bill customers for reimbursable items;
- Issuance of travel advances;
- Perform data entry and verification of documentation;
- Liaise with banking officers on banking matters when needed;
- Prepare audit schedules & liaise with auditors & tax agents;
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management;
- Report to Head Office Finance in Singapore on a regular basis.
Senior/Accounts Executive (AR)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) function;
- Process billing requests and manage Accounts Receivable (including generating invoices);
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed and issued in an accurate and timely manner;
- Attend to queries on invoices and billings as required;
- Matching and recording of receipts;
- Prepare and send customer statement of accounts;
- Prepare audit schedules related to AR;
- Perform data entry and verification of documentation;
- Assists in maintaining full set of Accounts for 1-2 subsidiaries;
- Liaise with banking officers on banking matters when needed;
- Prepare audit schedules & liaise with auditors & tax agents;
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management;
- Report to Head Office Finance in Singapore on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounts;
- 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity;
- Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details;
- Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player;
- Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Powerpoint;
- Hands-on experience in computerised accounting software will be an added advantage;
- Good in English proficiency. Candidates with Chinese proficiency will have an advantage, as the role may require co-ordination/communication with vendors in China.
