We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Accounts to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of accounting functions and play a crucial part in supporting strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts, including journal entries and general ledger updates.
- Reconcile daily sales, bank statements, credit card, and QR transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure daily liquidity for operations.
- Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and match with payments.
- Perform month-end closing and generate financial statements.
- Prepare monthly management reports and expense forecasts.
- Track and reconcile accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, and outlet sales.
- Manage bank interactions, fund placements, and repo forecasting.
- Support tax estimations and financial analysis for business decisions.
- Consolidate accounts for holding company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a trading environment.
- Strong knowledge of full set accounts and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
