Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, be hands-on, and capable of working independently to support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage invoice processing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Support year-end audit and tax filing processes.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in SME or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Autocount or similar accounting system is preferred.
