Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts using AutoCount accounting software including OneSales
• Handle e-commerce accounting for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms, including reconciliation of settlements, commissions, and advertising expenses
• Oversee payroll processing and HR administration for a 12 person team
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly management reports and liaise with Singapore HQ team
• Support day to day transactional tasks (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, expense claims)
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prefer with 3 years working experiences
• Strong proficiency in AutoCount software
• Hands on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok accounting workflows
• Experience in payroll and HR administration
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and adaptability in a small team environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential, strong initiative, and the desire to progress into a management role in the future.
