Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations and related administrative work.
- Assist the sales team with customer delivery and documentation inquiries.
- Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, reports, and customer financing documentation.
- Monitor stock availability and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to various departments as required.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and computer literate.
- Possess basic accounting knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to read Chinese and speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, multitask effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
