Job Description

Adecco's client, a well-established multinational company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Executive to support the smooth running of administrative and facility-related operations at their manufacturing site. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong organizational skills and prior experience managing site administration and facility coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administrative operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

  • Coordinate facility-related services, including maintenance, security, transportation, cleaning, and office operations.

  • Assist in managing employee dormitories and canteen operations, maintaining hygiene, safety, and comfort for staff.

  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of quality and cost-effective services.

  • Track and process administrative expenses, vendor invoices, and assist in budget monitoring.

  • Maintain and update administrative documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support employee welfare activities, travel arrangements, and logistics coordination for site staff.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the site.

  • Provide administrative support to management and assist in coordinating internal communications and events.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative or facility coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

  • Experience liaising with vendors and managing site-related services such as canteen, transportation, or accommodation.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

  • Independent, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
