Role Title: Senior Advisor, Global Ethics and Compliance

Role Type: Initial 2 Years and Extendable Contract through Optimum Infosolutions KL, Malaysia

Job Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia/Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Establishes global ethics and compliance infrastructure, tools, policies, training, communications and other resources.
• Provides direct global/business/region support to assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day oversight of ethics and compliance related activities.
• Assists the corporation/business/region in assessing ethics and compliance risks and developing mitigating strategies.
• Oversees investigations and/or investigates allegations of unethical or illegal activity. Coordinates with legal and other substantive compliance experts in the business to ensure compliance with policies and the law.
• Employee will help ethics and compliance team with internal investigations in APJC region including but not limited to e- forensics, Interviews, documentation review, preparing investigation documents, notes, aid in Domestic enquiry.
• Employee will also assist ethics and compliance regional manager with Training and supporting key projects for ethics and compliance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides day-to-day support for one or more core global ethics and compliance program elements
• May develop strategy and/or implement a core global ethics program element, including policies, training, communications, tools or resources
• Participates on and may lead a core global ethics and compliance department strategic project
• May provide support to other ethics and compliance team members and/or other business ethics and compliance resources on global ethics and compliance core program element(s)
