Senior AI Developers

To support the growing pipeline and the establishment of a centralised AI platform, external senior

development expertise is required.

Key responsibilities include:

enhancing development capacity to accelerate delivery of AI tools and features;

supporting the design and implementation of a centralised AI platform aligned with industry

standards;

providing technical mentorship to internal junior developers; and

ensuring knowledge transfer through best practice documentation for frontend and backend

development.

Senior developers must deliver:

code reviews and structured mentoring sessions for junior developers;

documentation of development best practices;

design and development of production-grade AI applications; and

design and delivery of a production-grade AI platform that meets industry standards.

Work will be performed onsite:

mentorship and capacity-building activities;

platform architecture design and implementation; and

AI application development aligned with industry norms.
