Senior AI Executive /Tech Lead (AI)

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Practice Development

- Define and execute the organization's AI roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Build and scale AI service offerings including Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Engineering.

- Identify emerging technologies and translate them into scalable business solutions.

- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.

Delivery & Operations

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI programs ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Establish governance, delivery standards, and operational KPIs.

- Oversee architecture design, model development, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.

- Ensure responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, and compliance.

Business Development & Client Engagement

- Partner with sales and leadership teams to drive AI pipeline and revenue growth.

- Lead client discussions, solutioning, proposals, and presentations.

- Act as trusted advisor to CXOs on AI adoption and transformation.

- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution architecture.

- Team Leadership & Talent Development

- Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary AI team (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects, Product Managers).

- Drive hiring strategy, performance management, and capability development.

- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and technical excellence.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

- Lead POCs, MVPs, and innovation initiatives.

- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client workshops.

- Publish thought leadership content and contribute to AI community engagement.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

- Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

- Generative AI & LLMs

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Data platforms and MLOps

- Proven experience building and scaling AI practices or Centers of Excellence.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated success driving revenue and managing P&L (preferred).

Nice to Have

- Experience with enterprise AI transformations.

- Exposure to multiple industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).

- Certifications in AI/Cloud.

- Startup or innovation lab experience.
