Senior AI/ML Engineer
Job Description
The Senior AI Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate intelligent AI agents that automate software engineering and Quality Engineering workflows. Engineers will develop reusable AI capabilities, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to a shared AI platform supporting multiple engineering organizations. While each engineer will have a primary specialization, all engineers are expected to contribute across the platform.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience building AI or LLM-powered applications
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience integrating enterprise engineering tools
- MCP Servers
- Enterprise Connectors
- Agent SDK
- Workflow Engine
- Multi-Agent Communication
- Teams and VS Code integrations
- Shared Prompt Library
Note: Associate should be willing to work for 2-11PM shift
