Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and calibrate air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs or replacements.
System Efficiency: Ensure all air conditioning systems operate efficiently, conserve energy, and reduce customer costs while maintaining high service standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including parts used, service time, and any follow-up recommendations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma In HVAC/ Mechanical Engineering or related field
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin would be added advantage. Mandarin speaker is preferable.
Minimum experience 3 years above. Prefer Apprenticeship or Hands-on work.
Must have GDL Licence
Strong technical knowledge of various air conditioning systems (split units, centralized systems, VRV/VRF, etc.) with the ability to work independently
