The role provides analytical, reporting, and coordination support across Business Planning & Analytics, Business Development, and Asset Management functions. It involves assisting in forecasting and long‑term business planning, supporting evaluation of business and investment opportunities, and monitoring asset and portfolio performance through financial analysis and Power BI dashboards.

What you'll be doing:

Business Planning & Analysis

• Assist in coordination of forecasting, and long‑term business planning exercises.
• Support in coordinating and tracking progress of key planning or business development initiatives, including Microsoft List data management and Power BI dashboards.
• Drive Power BI dashboard initiatives, including brainstorming and developing dashboard designs, identifying enhancements, and translating business requirements into effective performance reporting solutions.
• Support in preparing analytical reports, insights, and commentaries to support management decision‑making.
• Participate in ad hoc analytical, strategic, or business development projects as assigned.

Business Development Support

• Prepare Investment Committee agendas and approval records.
• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and supporting documentation for proposals and management review.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities, investments, and expansion initiatives through financial and commercial analysis.
• Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support opportunity assessment.
• Assist to prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to support planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare management presentations, and materials for internal meetings and committees.

Asset Management

• Assist in formulating and supporting the execution of asset management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support initiatives aimed at safeguarding and enhancing asset value, including risk identification and mitigation analysis.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive asset performance Power BI dashboards for the Investment Committee to support monitoring and contract renewal decisions.
• Track contract expiry timelines and issue monthly notifications on upcoming contract due dates.
• Maintain and manage contract repositories to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Analyze existing properties and related investment activities to support performance and strategic reviews.
• Prepare asset management presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for management and committee review.

What You'll Need:

• Industry knowledge in real estate and/or hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or asset management.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Investment, or related field.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills; PowerBI is an advantage.
• Understanding of P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
