We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support our Central Finance Analytics team in improving processes, automating workflows, and delivering end-to-end finance analytics that drive scalable, high-quality insights. This role combines a continuous improvement mindset with strong technical capability to deliver solutions from data structuring to visualization and intelligent automation.
What You Will Do
- Support finance process reviews and streamlining efforts using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
- Translate simplified and standardized processes into end-to-end analytics, automation, and intelligent solutions.
- Build analytics and automation solutions using tools such as VS Code, Python, SQL, R, JavaScript, C# and Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query)
- Support development of AI / ML-enabled solutions (e.g., forecasting enhancements, anomaly detection, classification, or decision support use cases).
- Support standardization of finance data models, logic, and reporting structures.
- Perform scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and version control for analytics and automation outputs.
- Communicate insights and improvements clearly to finance and business stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 35+ years experience in finance analytics, finance transformation, analytics engineering, or process improvement roles.
- Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma concepts and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, from data structuring to visualization.
- Strong technical skills in VS Code, Python, and SQL; exposure to R, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages is a plus.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Exposure to AI / ML tools or frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Azure AI, AutoML, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of finance fundamentals and end-to-end finance processes.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, evolving environment.
