About The Role

What You'll Do

This role is to ensure trusted, accurate, and stable analytics reporting across the organization by owning data quality, KPI governance, and analytics operations. This role safeguards the reliability of the analytics ecosystem by proactively managing reporting risks, resolving data incidents, and continuously improving the robustness, performance, and consistency of enterprise analytics and dashboards.

  • Data Trust & KPI Governance - Own reconciliation, validation, and certification of key business KPIs to ensure consistent and trusted reporting across dashboards.
  • Analytics BAU & Reporting Stability - Ensure reliability of analytics reporting by monitoring dashboard refresh cycles, semantic models, and data availability SLAs.
  • Data Quality Monitoring & Validation - Design and manage automated validation checks to proactively detect data inconsistencies and quality issues in analytics datasets.
  • Incident & Issue Management - Lead structured logging, investigation, and resolution of reporting/data incidents with clear root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Semantic Model Governance (Power BI / Fabric) - Maintain and optimize semantic models ensuring performance, correct relationships, refresh reliability, and metric consistency.
  • SQL-Based Data Investigation - Use SQL or similar query tools to trace KPI logic and investigate discrepancies between source data, data lake, and reporting layers.
  • Reporting Performance & Optimization - Monitor dashboard performance and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize datasets, refresh schedules, and query performance.
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication - Serve as the operational contact for business teams on reporting accuracy, data questions, and analytics reliability.
  • Operational Governance & Documentation - Maintain documentation of KPI definitions, data validation rules, reporting processes, and operational standards to strengthen analytics governance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or technology discipline.
  • Candidates with degrees in Engineering, Statistics, or Business may also be considered, provided they have strong hands-on experience in analytics reporting, BI platforms, SQL-based data investigation, and analytics operations.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI / Fabric semantic models.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and analytics architecture.
  • Experience in data quality monitoring or reporting operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies across layers.
