WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs
  • Create a new CRM system for operations team (starting with customer care) who is in the need for a one-stop solution integrating single view of Customer360, policy information, case management (with automated workflow management) and knowledge management.
  • This is a cutting-edge solution that enables superior customer experience by improving TAT and reducing complains, ability to proactively identify customer needs, providing customer feedback through RCS incorporating close loop feedback. Unlike in current/existing CRM, the solution is well integrated and brings comprehensive view of customers, policies, case/enquiries and campaigns with ability to seamlessly embed new workflow.
