About CMA CGM FICOM (Finance Corporate Office Malaysia)
Located at Wisma Consplant 2, Subang Jaya, FICOM is the extended team of the Finance Corporate Division of the CMA CGM Group. It serves as the Finance Expertise Center, delivering non-transactional, value-added functions to support the Group's transformation and drive financial performance for key stakeholders.

Brief Description
The incumbent will support Assistant Managers of Financial Accounting and Reporting to perform financial accounting, detailed analysis and reporting for entities/transactions within the CCAP Group and with CMA entities.
Key Result Areas
- Quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes for each period closing;
- Assist Assistant Managers for periodic reports.
Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Perform analysis and prepare required journal entries for intercompany and doubtful debt section
- Completion of Singapore Statutory Statistics Survey on quarterly and yearly basis
- Assisting Assistant Manager on the analysis for Singapore entities and follow up on any unsolved issue on the entries inside SAP AWS/ SAP LISA/One Stream (OS)
- Preparing reporting in OS submission depends on the timeline and complexity of the packages (subject to change)
- Assist in preparation of Financial Statement for Singapore and US entities
- Carry out other duties as directed by management to support business needs
- Any assigned job may be adjusted according to business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA & CA etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience
- 1 to 2 years of audit background is highly preferred and would be added advantage
- Working experience in Corporate / Shared Service Center would be added advantage
- Proficient in Accounting Standard
- Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting
- Experiences in SAP LISA, One Stream or equivalent consolidation tools highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Words
- Strong team player and flexible to changes
- Dedicated, meticulous with analytical skills
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail and proactive
This is a 6-month contract position.
