Do you like translating customer needs into IT solutions Do you want to support Infineon in implementing the latest SAP technology (e.g. SAP S/4Hana) Within the oneSAP project at Infineon, the master data model is being harmonized and extended to all Infineon production sites and production partners. In this context, we are looking for a solutiondesigner for SAP master data, especially material master data and documents of our products.
In your new role you will:
- Be a key contact person between master data consumer representatives and master data solution development, integration, and governance teams
- Work on the solution design of material master data and document management (SAP DMS) in an international team from Europe, Asia and North America
- Support the development of IT solutions by understanding business needs and translating them into functional design proposals (i.e.solution architecture)
- Ensure compliance requirements and the fit to architecture standards by considering the bigger picture
- Manage the implementation with our solution providers as well as contribute to the go-live, cutover, and operations support
- Share your knowledge and best practices with others project team members
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Computer Science or similar
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the SAP environment within the IT department or as a consultant
- Experience in master data management, preferably in SAP
- Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) or SAP DocumentManagement System (DMS) is an advantage
- A holistic understanding of requirements and the ability to convert them into functional and technical designs (i.e. solution architecture)
- SQL knowledge is a plus as part of our master data databases areOracle SQL databases
- Advanced intercultural skills to collaborate in an international environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Very good English language skills
