Senior Analyst of Partner Performance
Location: Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities
1.Performance Analysis & Monitoring: Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis across all channel partners, focusing on key metrics such as transaction volume, settlement SLAs, RFI percentage and response times, active customer numbers, and adherence to contract terms.
2.Reporting & Recommendations: Regularly report to senior management on channel performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
3.Channel Feedback & Improvement: Provide monthly and quarterly performance feedback to partners, working collaboratively to enhance operational process and drive volume growth, including supporting performance review meetings with KA partners (quarterly/bi-annual) by leveraging fact-based data.
4.Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize channel costs, ensuring that channel usage aligns with sales volume growth projection, including management of bottom line expenses.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly engage with the sales and operations teams to gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement with recommendations.
6.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Channel Operations team to ensure efficient and effective performance across all channels.
