Introduction:

We are looking for an Analyst, Tax & Subsidies to support APAC government grants and incentives. The role is responsible for grant compliance, financial reporting, audit support and timely delivery of assigned activities, working closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, FA, project teams and funding agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage grant compliance, milestone monitoring and grant accounting for assigned grants.
  • Prepare the monthly grant cash flow report and support quarterly P&L forecasts, attestation with stakeholders and grant master file closure.
  • Support grant financial audits, government agency requests and required compliance submissions.
  • Perform grant-related headcount validation and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect, validate and analyze financial and operational information.
  • Drive process improvement and automation opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, compliance, government grants or incentives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, take end-to-end ownership and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner who is proactive, resourceful and adaptable to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
