- Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related queries.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic transfers and cheque payments.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
