KEY ROLES
Designated as one of the sub-system team-lead of an enterprise-scale (integrated) application system project.
To lead design, develop and maintain enterprise-scale application.
Perform system analysis, database design, process design and develop solutions to fulfil business requirements, including the writing of all related system development documentations.
To participate in analysis and translate requirements into technical design.
To develop and execute unit test cases.
To assist in resolving/troubleshooting product and revolving technical issues in multiple application.
To research into new technologies and software architectures.
Other assignment that might be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering / IT / Computing / Computer Science / MIS or any related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on-experience in system analysis, software development and implementation experience, with at least 1 year as team lead role.
Demonstrated relevant enterprise system development project experience from initiation to completion.
Proficient in system development project management tools and methodologies, with proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exposure and knowledge on web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful / JSON APIs, Java /PHP / ASP.Net, and databases such as MySQL / MsSQL/ Oracle.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
Strong leadership capabilities, including team motivation, performance management, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in writing System Development Documentations and presenting project status report in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
