Job Description
Job Purpose
Educational Qualification
- Provide comprehensive system and functional support for key business applications, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Batching Plant systems, Softphone systems, and other online business applications.
- Support the implementation and deployment of application-related projects across the Central and Eastern regions, including Headquarters (HQ) and Plant operations.
- Analyze business data and develop reports and dashboards to support management decision-making and operational performance.
- Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure effective utilization of business applications and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with relevant internal teams and external vendors where required.
- Promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital technologies to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance business processes.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent qualifications with relevant professional experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting, administering, or managing ERP, SCM, Batching Plant, or other business-critical application systems.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar database and server platforms.
- Practical experience in ETL development, data processing, data transformation, and system integration across multiple business applications.
- Good understanding of business process workflows and data flows within ERP, SCM, Batching Plant, and related operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application and system issues and provide effective support to functional users.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent database platforms, particularly for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
- Good understanding of ETL concepts, processes, and tools, with practical experience in developing or maintaining data integration workflows.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize business data to generate meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with Power BI, BusinessObjects, Jet Reports, or other SQL-based reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to develop and execute SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Basic programming knowledge, particularly in Python, will be considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system, reporting, automation, or digital solutions.
