Role Description

This full-time Senior Architect position is based on-site at our office in Kuala Lumpur City. The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing architectural design projects, leading teams in developing innovative and sustainable designs, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project planning, maintaining timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architecture projects
• Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination
• Proficiency in relevant architecture and design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and building codes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional accreditation (such as an Architect's License) is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role
