Reporting to the Assistant Director (AD), the Talent Manager plays a key role in executing the institution's talent management and leadership development strategies. The Manager will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Head of Departments and Senior Management to identify, develop our talents and strengthen our leadership pipelines for JurongHealth Campus.
