Key Responsibilities :
Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance (LPM/SLPM)
- MOH Lead: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements; manage the SLPM license, FoSIM records, and ensure 100% KKM compliance.
- Technical Advisory: Provide technical guidance on hygiene standards (MeSTI, GMP, Halal) and PBT inspection readiness to ensure our gig workforce meets industry-grade safety levels.
- Audit Management: Perform internal readiness audits on high-volume workers to ensure they maintain the technical standards required by fast-food and F&B clients.
Operational Technical Onboarding
- Workforce Readiness: Design and deliver technical onboarding for the Troopers gig workforce, specifically focusing on food handling protocols, cross-contamination prevention, and F&B operational safety.
- Quality Metrics: Track technical competency scores and pre-deployment completion to ensure every Trooper sent to a food service site is technically proficient.
Behavioral Standards & Hygiene Excellence
- F&B Professionalism: Facilitate modules on hygiene-specific conduct, professional grooming (F&B standards), and adaptability within fast-paced kitchen/service environments.
- Feedback Loop: Translate technical feedback from clients (e.g., hygiene breaches or handling errors) into immediate training interventions.
Content Development & Technical Reporting
- Library Management: Develop and maintain a bilingual (BM/EN) technical training library (LPM manuals, hygiene checklists, and safety SOPs).
- Performance Analytics: Report on LPM pass rates, technical assessment scores, and certification lifecycles to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Diplomat or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Environmental Health, or a related scientific field.
- Mandatory Certification: Must possess at least ONE of the following:
- MOH Accredited Food Handler Trainer (Tenaga Pengajar LPM yang diiktiraf KKM).
- HRD Corp Certified Trainer (TTT).
- (Candidates with both will be highly prioritized).
- Experience: 2–5 years in Food Quality Assurance (QA), Food Safety Auditing, or F&B Operations. Experience training frontline or gig workforces is a major plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 and Malaysia's Halal certification requirements.
- Language: Professional fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus!)
