PostCo started in 2021 by tackling one of the ugliest problems in commerce: returns. This year, we expanded into a much bigger vision with the launch of Upsell and Order Editing. PostCo now goes beyond post-purchase into pre-purchase, covering the entire shopping journey from cart to return. About The Job

We're hiring a Growth Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to identify and execute the opportunities that will drive PostCo's next stage of growth. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to help us acquire more brands, increase product adoption, retain customers, and grow revenue across our expanding product line

You'll work directly with brands to understand their needs, help them get more value from PostCo, and make sure we follow through when something needs fixing. Through those conversations, you'll identify opportunities to improve our products and work with Engineering to bring them to life. You'll also lead AI projects that improve how we work and the experience we deliver to customers.

This is a role with real product ownership. PostCo operates differently: product ownership doesn't sit with one department - everyone from Engineering to the business team owns the product directly. Every team shapes what we build whether through our own internal AI agents or with our Engineering team.

PostCo ships fast - we launched Order Editing and Upsell within months of each other, with more products lined up next few weeks. You'll help shape these products, bring them to customers, and make sure they deliver value after launch.

We also operate as an AI-first team. From research to execution and launching new initiatives, AI is deeply embedded into how we work. You'll actively use AI tools and lead projects that improve our customer experience, internal operations, and products.

About The Job

• Work directly with brands across onboarding, everyday product use, and new feature discovery, helping them get the most out of PostCo.
• Build and launch AI workflows and agents - from customer feedback to automating internal processes, improving support, and driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
• Investigate customer issues, work with Engineering or our internal AI agents to reproduce bugs and resolve underlying problems, and keep customers informed through to resolution.
• Work closely with Engineering to shape product direction, define new features, and ensure we build what customers actually need.
• Turn customer problems and market insights into product ideas, write product requirements, and drive features from concept to launch.
• Help bring new products and features to customers through demos, guides, and launch communications, then track adoption and act on feedback.
• Lead projects that improve onboarding, customer retention, internal knowledge sharing, and how we operate as we grow

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product, growth, strategy and operations, or a startup generalist role.
• A natural builder who enjoys experimenting with AI, creating bots, and automating workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain product details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort going deep on product details, investigating issues, and working closely with Engineering to find solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn customer feedback and data into practical improvements.
• Comfortable working and adapting in a fast paced and flexible environment
